Came here for 1 day, the hotel was hip new, it had unbeatable location so close to the terminal, the airport and central London. I enjoyed the staff, they were pleasant and efficient people.

Amazing stay, as always. Staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was excellent. Basic double and basic double room, with a newly renovated bathroom. The venue was near the bus station called gatwick north terminal. Service in the hotel was attentive too. Warm tea, gins, coffee and lagers in the rooftop bar, great parking place...
